Great stay for solo trips! Cabin 22 is a good size for 1 person if they're bringing a lot of stuff to do inside (big table!). It was cozy and very close to Strawberry Peak, one of my favorite spots now! I want try out other cabins in the future if I am able to.

I am a return guest. This is such a beautiful and nice cabin very peaceful area. Easy access to unload luggage parking is very secure and tucked back in the woods.

We stayed at David’s cozy cabin in Lake Arrowhead from 11/27–11/29 with our family—myself, my wife, and our 5-year-old son—and it was genuinely one of the most relaxing and memorable stays we’ve ever had.
From the moment we arrived, the cabin felt warm, peaceful, and welcoming. It was spotless, beautifully set up, and had that true mountain-cabin charm that instantly makes you feel at home. Our son absolutely loved it, and it was the perfect place for our family to unwind, reset, and just enjoy being together.
David is an outstanding host—friendly, responsive, and thoughtful from start to finish. Everything was clearly explained, communication was easy, and you can tell he truly cares about his guests having a great experience.
If you’re looking for a quiet, cozy, family-friendly retreat in Lake Arrowhead, this is the place. We already miss it and will absolutely be booking again. Thank you, David, for an amazing stay—we made memories here that we’ll never forget!

Me and my girlfriend went here for a weekend to celebrate her birthday, this place was absolutely wonderful! It was everything we could have hoped for. It was super convenient for exploring, hiking, restaurants, and finding scenic views, everything we wanted to do was within a 15-20 minute drive.
The cabin was cozy, comfortable, and an absolute gem to stay in. David was responsive, flexible with our check in time, knowledgeable of the area, informative, and respectful, he was everything we could have asked for in a host.

The cabin was better than I expected. To be honest, I didn’t read the description as thoroughly as I should have. I made the reservation last minute and my wife pointed out that the reservation stated it was in someone’s house and I was upset with myself. But after David sent the text with the information I saw it was a cabin and not a spare room.
Upon check in, I was very pleasantly surprised with the room, it looked like it was out of a Thomas Kinkade painting. The bathroom was large and the bedroom was well staged. They even pre-heated the cabin for me.
David was very responsive and both questions I asked were quickly answered.
I would definitely recommend this property and plan on taking my wife back there in the near future.

The Cabin was very cozy and felt like home. The weather was very cold and it was perfect because there was chimney. The place was very clean and warm. David gave us some recommendations for restaurants and activities to do. I appreciate it because we did visit then and they were very fun. I recommend the Belgian waffle works and the small plaza. David was a very good host and very nice for letting us stay in his cabin.

This cabin was just outstanding, I know what the picture showed but when in person, it was a lot better indoors as well as the surrounding areas. I ran 2 miles the next morning after my arrival, it was beautiful scenery. The tower recommendation by the host was a outstanding, beautiful scenery.

I had an amazing stay at David’s cabin in Twin Peaks! From booking online, to checking in and checking out, David was very approachable, professional and friendly and was very prompt with his responses whenever I had a question regarding my reservation. I would definitely visit again or recommend anyone to stay at David’s cabin if they are looking for a nice getaway in the mountains in nature. It was a quick weekend trip but I would definitely consider coming back for an extended stay and would suggest the same for others!
